Are There Shooting Star Stickers On Picnik?

Well, because now I sit here at the airport in Melbourne and am on the way home ... My plane has nice 2 hours late, so I'm still a bit of time and boredom, and write again in one last blog entry. Come to me all kinda like before yesterday, when I'm going from Germany, that's all rumgegangen much too fast ... On the one hand, I am of course totally happy to see everyone and also huge curious to see what has changed so everything and good old Germany, but on the other side then I would have liked a bit still. rumreisen It takes a fine thing, and Australia is of course perfectly suited for that! Overall, even otherwise a great country, super-friendly People, lots of fun and of course still great weather:) Will I guess get a nice whole-shock temperature in the frozen Germany, grade of 38 degrees below zero here in Melbourne in Frankfurt ... Well, then time to welcome home party:)

Waverly French Country

Tasmania

Hello again from one of the most beautiful countries in the world! After we have cut off in Cairns all the tents and made us for a night at the airport on his way to Tasmania, we went first two days exploring Hobart, the capital of Tasmania. Nice little town, albeit a bit sleepy, you must admit. The schedule will include a tour to Mount Wellington and the harbor tour. When we then got on the third day user rental car, we went from last in the wilderness, only we, the car and our tent!

At the very beginning gabs also like the mega-shock temperature of 40 + degrees in Cairns and a humidity of 90% off to Tasmania with 10-20 degrees (as is now quite cold) and zero Leuftfeuctigkeit! Naive as we were, we thought, of course, the thin double sleeping bag is more than enough, but after the first night we were definitely convinced of the opposite! 3.4 degrees at night is our record cold in the tent and sleeping bag, meant for 12 degrees ... Well shocking but true campers as we of course not, because it is dependent slept with three sweaters and two jeans yes everything helps nothing! Of course we have always camped somewhere wild (forest, meadow, where we feel like it anyway), with the result that we also 6 days, no shower, no running water, and of course no mobile phone reception had! So really pure wilderness! The award was the then through a lot of kangaroos, wallabies, Tasmanian devils and other creatures, which then our tent shared with us:) But we were both happy again to be arrived at in Hobart and I can tell you, the first shower after 6 days is really good:)

Of course, we have seen also a lot of camping out in Tasmania: On the first day, a nightly ghost tour with a lot of horror stories by a former prison island, and of course lots of walking through the entire National Park, Tasmania has to offer! The coronation was an 8-hour trek (20 km on a path that was not usually seen as a path) through mud, undergrowth, fallen trees and all sorts of other obstacles high on the highest mountain in the park. Was in effect a very nice effort, but has definitely worth it! Tasmania is in fact genuine surprisingly diverse in terms of landscape: Often it looks like Canada, with forests, lakes and up to 95m high trees, then dry with withered trees, then again rain forest and all in between can be found then white beaches in the Caribbean that look even better than those on the Whitsundays! Also see really a lot and experience:)

On the last day, we then have to top it still made a boat cruise along the coast with 900 horsepower speed boats, was totally super fun and more like a roller coaster ride than a boat trip! We had, in fact the highest tide in 80 years on this day, what a lot of waves, meant for me a lot of fun, and for other full barf bag:) But also because we have again seen a lot, and the highest cliffs in the world, lots of caves, sea lions and seals and giant albatross! Thus it was already too late and Tasmania the whole story here is coming to an end: (Now give it back off the plane and again for two days to Melbourne, to cancel all the tents ... definitely
