Fraser Iceland is another mandatory item when you travel the east coast of Australia and I must say, just awesome! Byron Bay After we had left behind us, we spent a lot of time around Brisbane. Ca. 100 km south of Brisbane is the Gold Coast and 100 km north of the Sunshine Coast, both absolute holiday highlights for the Australians! Our goal was really to surf intense, but there has unfortunately made us the shaft God a spanner in the works: (Thank goodness the area has to offer but also different!
